🧾 Ingredients
🍪 For the Base
• 25 Oreo cookies
• 55 g butter (melted)
(½ stick | ¼ cup)
🍫 Cheesecake Filling
• 250 g dark chocolate (melted)
• 250 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 400 ml heavy cream (cold, whipped)
🍫 Chocolate Ganache (For the Topping)
• 250 ml heavy cream
• 250 g dark chocolate
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Base
1. Process the Oreo cookies in a food processor.
2. Mix with melted butter.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan (20–22 cm).
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
2️⃣ Cheesecake Filling
1. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
2. Add the melted bitter chocolate and mix.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture with a spatula.
5. Pour the mixture over the base and smooth it out.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours (preferably overnight).
3️⃣ Ganache
1. Heat the cream until it almost reaches boiling point.
2. Remove from heat, add the chocolate, and stir until melted.
3. Pour over the cheesecake once cooled.
4. Return to the refrigerator and let rest for 30–45 minutes.

• You can decorate the top with cocoa, grated chocolate, or raspberries.
• Dip the knife in hot water before cutting for cleaner slices
• If you like it very intense, use 70% dark chocolate
