Cookie Dough Brownie Cups
Ingredients :
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup flour heat treated
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate for drizzle
Preparation :
* Mix brownie batter according to box instructions using eggs oil and water.
* Pour batter into greased muffin tins filling halfway.
* Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes and let cool completely.
* Cream together butter brown sugar and granulated sugar.
* Stir in heat treated flour and milk until dough forms.
* Fold in mini chocolate chips to the dough.
* Scoop a round portion of cookie dough onto each cooled brownie cup.
* Drizzle melted chocolate over the cookie dough tops.
* Press extra chocolate chips into the drizzle for decoration.
* Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
