Simple Marble Bundt Cake

🧁 Ingredients:

 • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

 • 2 ½ tsp baking powder

 • ½ tsp salt

 • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

 • 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar

 • 4 large eggs

 • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 • 1 cup milk

 • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

 • 2 tbsp milk (extra, for cocoa batter)

🥄 Instructions:

 1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour your Bundt pan well.

 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

 3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 mins).

 4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.

 5. Add flour mixture and milk alternately, starting and ending with flour. Mix until just combined.

 6. Divide the batter: Transfer about ⅓ of it to a small bowl. Mix in cocoa powder and the extra 2 tbsp milk to create the chocolate part.

 7. Layer the batters: Spoon vanilla and chocolate batters alternately into the Bundt pan. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl them together for a marbled effect.

 8. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

 9. Let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

 10. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate glaze if you like.

Enjoy your beautiful and soft marble Bundt cake with tea, coffee, or just as a treat! 💖
