Hot Fudge Ice Cream Cake Slice

📝 Ingredients

🍫 Cake Layer

    • 1 package chocolate cake mix

(prepared according to package instructions)

🍨 Ice Cream Layer

    • 1 tub (about 4 cups) vanilla ice cream

(slightly softened)

🍫 Chocolate Sauce

    • 1 jar (about 350 g) hot fudge / thick chocolate sauce

✨ For the Topping

    • Whipped cream

 • Chocolate shavings or colored sprinkles (optional)

👩‍🍳 Preparation

    1. Prepare the cake:

Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions.

Pour into a 20×30 cm (9×13 inch) baking pan, bake, and let cool completely.

 2. Ice cream layer:

Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cake.

Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.

 3. Chocolate sauce:

Gently warm the chocolate sauce (until it's pourable).

Spread it gently over the frozen ice cream.

Freeze again for 1–2 hours.

4. Serving:

Slice, pipe whipped cream on top.

Garnish with chocolate shavings or decorations 🍫❄️

✨ Tips

    • Run the knife under hot water before slicing to prevent the layers from falling apart.

    • Chocolate or caramel ice cream also goes very well instead of vanilla.

    • One of the most practical and refreshing desserts for summer ☀️
