Heavenly No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • For the Crust:

  • 2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 3/4 cup (90 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • For the Banana Layer:

  • 3 large ripe bananas, sliced

  • For the Toppings:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) chocolate sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) strawberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) pineapple chunks or pineapple sauce
  • 1/4 cup (35 g) chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup (35 g) maraschino cherries

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until evenly coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) dish or a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.

Fold in the whipped heavy cream and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

3. Assemble the Layers:

Spread half of the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.

Arrange a layer of banana slices on top of the filling.

Spread the remaining cheesecake filling over the bananas, smoothing the top with a spatula.

4. Add the Toppings:

Dollop or pipe whipped cream over the top of the cheesecake.

Drizzle chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce, and pineapple chunks (or sauce) over the whipped cream.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts and garnish with maraschino cherries.

5. Chill and Serve:

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Slice and serve chilled, ensuring each slice includes a bit of every layer!
