Strawberry Cool Whip Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 box strawberry cake mix

• 1 8oz tub of Cool Whip

• 1 egg

• Powdered sugar for rolling

. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Mix until well combined.

. Roll spoonfuls of the dough into balls and coat them in powdered sugar.

. Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each.

. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

. Let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
