Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts (for topping)

Instructions:

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.

Stir continuously until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.

Remove from heat and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Smooth the top with a spatula and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.

Cut into squares and serve.
