No-Bake White and Black Forest
🍰 Craving a decadent dessert but don't feel like turning on the oven? Try out this heavenly No-Bake White and Black Forest Cheesecake with a luscious chocolate crust! 😍✨
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• ½ cup melted butter
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
• 1 cup cherry pie filling
Directions:
. In a bowl, mix together chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Place in the fridge to chill.
. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
. Divide the mixture in half. Stir melted white chocolate into one half of the mixture.
. Remove crust from the fridge and spread the white chocolate cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust. let it set in the freezer for a half hour .
. Spread the remaining plain cheesecake mixture over the white mixture.
. Top with cherry pie filling.
. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings.[optional]
