2 tbsp brown sugar

🍫 Layer 2 – Fudgy Brownie:

½ cup (115g) unsalted butter

¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

⅓ cup (40g) all-purpose flour

¼ cup (25g) cocoa powder

¼ tsp salt

🍫 Layer 3 – Chocolate Mousse:

1 cup (240ml) heavy cream, cold

1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

✨ Layer 4 – Chocolate Ganache:

⅔ cup (160ml) heavy cream

120g dark chocolate, chopped

1 tbsp butter (for shine)

Instructions

🔸 Step 1: Make the Crust

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar.

Press firmly into a lined 9x9-inch pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.

🔸 Step 2: Make the Brownie Layer

Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in sugar, then whisk in eggs and vanilla.

Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Spread over baked crust. Bake for 20–22 minutes. Cool completely.

🔸 Step 3: Make the Mousse

Whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.

Fold in melted chocolate gently until fully incorporated.

Spread evenly over the cooled brownie layer. Chill for 1 hour.

🔸 Step 4: Make the Ganache

Heat cream until just boiling. Pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit 2 minutes.

Stir until smooth and glossy. Stir in butter.

Pour over the mousse layer and smooth the top. Chill for 2 hours or until set.

✅ Optional:

Drizzle melted milk chocolate on top for extra flair (like in the photo).

Sprinkle with sea salt or mini chocolate chips before the ganache sets.
