Pink paradise no-bake M&M Caramel Cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the cheesecake:
- 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup M&M candies
For the topping:
- Whipped cream
- M&M candies
- Caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. For the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
2. For the cheesecake: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until creamy. Fold in caramel sauce and M&M candies.
3. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
4. Once set, remove the cheesecake from the pan and place it on a serving plate.
5. Top the cheesecake with whipped cream, M&M candies, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
