Pink Oreo Cheesecake (No-Bake)
Ingredients
- 🍪 Oreo Base
- 24 Oreo cookies (or similar chocolate sandwich cookies)
- 100 g (7 tbsp) melted butter
- 💗 Pink Cheesecake Filling
- 400 g (14 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 250 ml (1 cup) heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 100 g (½ cup) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (optional for texture)
- Pink food coloring (gel preferred, adjust for desired shade)
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder (or 1 sachet, optional for firmness)
- 3 tbsp hot water (to dissolve gelatin)

- 100 g (3.5 oz) white chocolate
- 50 ml (¼ cup) heavy cream
- Pink food coloring (a few drops
- 🎀 Decoration
- Whole Oreo cookies (for top)
- Crushed Oreo crumbs
- Whipped cream (pink tinted)
🧁 Instructions
1. Make the Base
1. Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs (using a food processor or rolling pin).
2. Mix with melted butter until well combined.
3. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan (18–20 cm / 7–8 inch).
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
2. Prepare the Filling
1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
3. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, then let it cool slightly.
4. Combine the cream cheese mixture with the whipped cream and mix gently.
5. Stir in the dissolved gelatin and a few drops of pink food coloring until evenly tinted.
6. Optionally fold in some crushed Oreos for extra crunch.
7. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
8. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until firm.
3. Prepare the Pink Ganache
1. Heat the cream until warm (not boiling).
2. Pour over chopped white chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
3. Add a few drops of pink food coloring.
4. Let it cool slightly, then pour over the chilled cheesecake for a glossy finish.
4. Decorate
1. Pipe pink whipped cream swirls on top.
2. Place whole Oreo cookies on the top.
3. Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs for a final touch.
