Lemonade Layer Cheesecake ๐Ÿฐ

Ingredients:

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup melted butter

- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon lemon extract

- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate

- Yellow food coloring (optional)

- Whipped cream and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.

3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

4. Add lemon extract and mix well.

5. Beat in eggs one at a time.

6. Blend in sour cream, lemonade concentrate, and a few drops of yellow food coloring if desired.

7. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.

8. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set.

9. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door cracked open, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

10. Garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices before serving.
