Kinder Bueno Yule Log

Ingredients:

For the sponge cake:

- 4 eggs

- 100 g sugar

- 100 g flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

For the Kinder Bueno cream:

- 200 g Kinder Bueno chocolate

- 400 ml full-fat liquid cream

- 50 g icing sugar

For the decoration:

- Kinder Bueno

- Melted chocolate

- Crushed hazelnuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a rectangular mold with baking paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens and doubles in volume.

3. Add the sifted flour and yeast, mix gently.

4. Pour the dough into the mold and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.

5. For the cream, melt the Kinder Bueno chocolate in a bain-marie. Let cool.

6. In another bowl, whip the very cold liquid cream with the icing sugar until you obtain a firm whipped cream.

7. Gently incorporate the melted chocolate into the whipped cream.

8. Spread the cream on the cooled sponge cake, roll gently to form the log.

9. Cover the log with melted chocolate, decorate with pieces of Kinder Bueno and crushed hazelnuts.

10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
