Ingredients:

  • For the Chocolate Cake:

  • 200g dark chocolate 🍫
  • 200g unsalted butter 🧈
  • 200g sugar 🍚

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 🌾

  • For the Vanilla Cake:

  • 200g sugar 🍚
  • 4 eggs 🥚🥚🥚🥚
  • 120ml vegetable oil 🍳
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿
  • 240g all-purpose flour 🌾
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 🥄
  • 120ml milk 🥛

  • For the Frosting:

  • 200g dark chocolate 🍫
  • 200ml heavy cream 🥛
  • 50g unsalted butter 🧈

Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line two 8-inch round cake pans. 🔥

2️⃣ Make the Chocolate Cake:

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth. 🍫🧈

Beat the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix until combined. 🍚🥚

Gently fold in the flour. 🌾
