Ingredients:

  • Cake:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour ๐ŸŒพ

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar ๐Ÿฏ
  • 1 tbsp baking powder ๐Ÿฅ„
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda ๐Ÿฅ„
  • 1/2 tsp salt ๐Ÿง‚
  • 1 cup brewed strong coffee ☕
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil ๐Ÿ›ข️
  • 2 large eggs ๐Ÿฅš
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract ๐Ÿจ

  • Coffee Crumb Topping:

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar ๐Ÿฏ
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour ๐ŸŒพ
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon ๐ŸŒฐ
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed ๐Ÿงˆ
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules ☕

  • Glaze (Optional):

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar ๐Ÿฌ
  • 2 tbsp brewed coffee ☕

๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:

๐Ÿ”„ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.

๐Ÿฅฃ Whisk flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

☕ In another bowl, mix coffee, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients until smooth.

๐Ÿฐ Pour batter into pan.

๐Ÿฅ„ Mix crumb topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle evenly over batter.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Bake 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

๐Ÿฏ For glaze, mix powdered sugar and coffee until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
