Ultimate Coffee Lover’s Coffee Cake ๐ฐ☕
Ingredients:
- Cake:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour ๐พ
- 1 cup granulated sugar ๐ฌ
- 1/2 cup brown sugar ๐ฏ
- 1 tbsp baking powder ๐ฅ
- 1/2 tsp baking soda ๐ฅ
- 1/2 tsp salt ๐ง
- 1 cup brewed strong coffee ☕
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil ๐ข️
- 2 large eggs ๐ฅ
- 2 tsp vanilla extract ๐จ
- Coffee Crumb Topping:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar ๐ฏ
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour ๐พ
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon ๐ฐ
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed ๐ง
- 2 tbsp instant coffee granules ☕
- Glaze (Optional):
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar ๐ฌ
- 2 tbsp brewed coffee ☕
๐จ๐ณ Instructions:
๐ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
๐ฅฃ Whisk flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
☕ In another bowl, mix coffee, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients until smooth.
๐ฐ Pour batter into pan.
๐ฅ Mix crumb topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle evenly over batter.
๐ฅ Bake 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
๐ฏ For glaze, mix powdered sugar and coffee until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
