Ultimate Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup (150 g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups (270 g) chocolate chunks or chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the butter mixture. Fold in chocolate chunks. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet in rounded tablespoons and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let cool slightly before enjoying!
