Triple Chocolate Cheesecake with Oreo Crust 🍫🍫🍫

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Cheesecake Filling
  • 24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
  • 4 oz milk chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
  • 4 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
  • Chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare Crust:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter until well mixed.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, ensuring it is evenly distributed and packed tightly.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool while you prepare the filling.

Prepare Cheesecake Filling:

Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Mix in the sour cream until smooth.

Divide the cream cheese mixture into three separate bowls.

Stir the melted semi-sweet chocolate into the first bowl, the melted milk chocolate into the second bowl, and the melted white chocolate into the third bowl.

Assemble Cheesecake:

Pour the semi-sweet chocolate mixture over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.

Carefully pour the milk chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet layer, spreading it evenly.

Finally, pour the white chocolate mixture over the milk chocolate layer, spreading it evenly.

Place the springform pan in a large roasting pan. Fill the roasting pan with enough hot water to come halfway up the sides of the springform pan, creating a water bath.

Bake:

Bake the cheesecake for 1 hour, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
