Peanut Butter M&M Cake π°
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour πΎ
- 1 cup sugar π
- 1/2 cup peanut butter π₯
- 1/2 cup butter (softened) π§
- 3 large eggs π₯
- 1 tsp vanilla extract π¦
- 1/2 cup milk π₯
- 1 tsp baking powder π§
- 1/4 tsp salt π§
- 1/2 cup M&M candies π¬
- π§ Peanut Butter Frosting:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter π₯
- 1/2 cup butter (softened) π§
- 2 cups powdered sugar π¬
- 1/4 cup milk π₯
- M&Ms for decorating π¬
π§ Directions:
Cake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk, then mix until combined. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in M&Ms. π¬
Bake: Pour the batter into two greased cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely. π°
Frosting: In a bowl, beat together peanut butter and butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk until creamy. π
Assemble: Spread the frosting between the cake layers and all over the cake. Top with M&Ms for a fun finish! π¬π
