Irresistible Chocolate Cream Cake

Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup butter

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup cream cheese

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup dark chocolate (melted)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.

2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.

3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time.

4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture.

5. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.

6. Whip heavy cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

7. Slice the cake horizontally, spread the cream filling, and reassemble.

8. Pour melted chocolate over the cake and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
