Creamy Pecan Delight Cake
Ingredients:
- 200g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g crushed pecans
- 150g graham cracker crumbs
- 100g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g caramel sauce
- 50g whipped cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a cake tin.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, then pour over the crust.
- Sprinkle crushed pecans on top and bake for 40 minutes.
- Cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Top with whipped cream and extra pecans.
- Chill for 3 hours before serving.
