Blueberry Chocolate Lavadender Dream Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
- 1/2 cup blueberry jam
- 2 cups cream cheese frosting
- Fresh blueberries and lavender sprigs for garnish
- Chocolate ganache (optional, for drizzling)
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans, then line the bottoms with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Sugar:
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures:
